Refund policy

    • Acceptance: For food & perishable goods we accept returns only if the product is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect. Please inspect the package on delivery.

    • To request a return/exchange: Email : sattvicnuts.india@gmail.com.
Within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos of the received product/package and a short description of the issue.

    • Eligibility: Product must be unused and packaging intact. For damaged/contaminated items we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. If the item is perished due to courier mishandling provide photo evidence.

    • Refunds: Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item (or after approving evidence for damaged/unshippable items).

    • Non-returnable: Opened products, change of mind, or allergy reactions due to undisclosed personal sensitivities are not accepted for returns. (We clearly list major allergens on every product page.)
